Everyone involved in the scouting program maintains a busy schedule so we work very hard at keeping everyone on the same page. Not to mention our meetings are very busy and it is very difficult to relay all the important information using only meeting announcements.  Sign-up sheets are still used at scouts for programs and activities.  

Our Pack Website opens with a e-whiteboard for everyone to see the current updates.  Emailing will still be used mostly for friendly reminders and specific clarification questions.  The comprehensive website has been designed to support the following:  post program dates for meetings and activities, publish updates as things change, program descriptions, critical membership information, fundraising details, advancement charting and communication, and lastly resources to stay informed about Scouting beyond the Pack.
